Chris Weil is Co-CEO and Founder of Horizon Sports & Experiences (HS&E).

Previously Chris spent 20+ years as Chairman & CEO of Momentum Worldwide where he oversaw the company’s growth from two offices to 30 around the globe and led the company to be one of the largest and most-awarded sports and brand experience agencies in the world.

In 2007, Weil coined the term “Phygital” as a way to describe the intersection between physical and digital ecosystems where all brand experiences lie.

Accolades include Weil being named one of the top 100 People Who Make Advertising Great by the American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A’s), and under Weil’s leadership at Momentum, the agency was concurrently named Best Sports Marketing Agency, Best Experiential Agency, Best Place to Work, and Agency of the Year 41 times around the globe.

Weil was the first non-traditional advertising executive—and the youngest ever elected—to serve as chairman of the 4A’s. During his two-year term, Weil was instrumental in launching the organization’s High School Initiative and was later named chairman of the High School Initiative Board. In this role he worked closely with the first two New York public schools to offer comprehensive vocational training for advertising and media careers, and allowed diverse new talent the opportunity to join the advertising and marketing worlds.Outside of HS&E, Weil serves as a Board Member for both HighPost Capital and consumer product company, Magic Spoon.

Long regarded as one of the media industry’s most influential executives, David Levy currently serves as the co-CEO and founder of Horizon Sports & Experiences – HS&E. HS&E has a core focus on IP creation, and monetization, strategic advisory and consulting media rights, sponsorships, sales and experiential. Prior to HS&E, Levy served as President of Turner, offering content and advertising solutions to some of the most valuable brands in the world to audiences in sports, entertainment, news and children’s programming.

In his capacity as President, Levy oversaw Turner’s leading portfolio of domestic entertainment, sports, kids and young adult networks and businesses, including TBS, TNT, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Boomerang, truTV, Turner Classic Movies, Bleacher Report and Turner Sports. He also led Turner’s two domestic revenue divisions – ad sales and distribution. During his 30-year tenure at Turner, Levy assumed executive oversight for increased investment in original premium content across the portfolio, and in 2018, Turner programming was nominated for 33 Emmy Awards.

Levy’s Turner Sports accomplishments were many since assuming leadership of the division in 2003. He was instrumental in deepening and expanding Turner’s media rights and defining the division via its association with premium sports content, brands and events, including the NBA, Major League Baseball and the PGA Tour. He negotiated a variety of multi-faceted agreements, each representing a significant change extending far beyond traditional television rights. In 2010, Levy orchestrated a landmark NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball deal, partnering with CBS for multi-media rights, including exclusive televised rights to the 2014 Final Four and National Championship Game in 2016. This marked the first time in the event’s history that these key games were televised by a cable network. In 2017, under Levy’s guidance, Turner added to its portfolio of premium sports properties by acquiring rights to UEFA, including UEFA Champions League, Europa League and the UEFA Super Cup. All were launched on B/R Live, the company’s direct to consumer offering.

Levy also led a significant expansion in digital media and new businesses designed to grow Turner’s portfolio. In 2012, he spearheaded Turner’s efforts in acquiring the Bleacher Report, a leading online multi-sport destination. In 2015, Turner purchased a majority stake in streaming video pioneer iStreamPlanet, expanding capabilities to offer live events and cultivate future digital opportunities. Adding to the mix, in 2016, Turner launched ELEAGUE, a new professional esports league created in partnership with WME/IMG, and FilmStruck, the company’s first U.S. domestic subscription video-ondemand (SVOD) service. It quickly followed in 2017 with Boomerang, its second SVOD offering. Additionally, David supported strategic investments in Refinery29 and Mashable, and championed new business alliances with Snapchat and Twitter.

David Levy has been the recipient of multiple awards for his professional achievement, including being elected to the Broadcasting & Cable Hall of Fame in 2012 and being named in 2018 by Sports Business Journal as one of the most influential executives over the past 20 years. In 2016, JDRF, the leading research and advocacy organization funding type 1 diabetes, honored Levy and his wife Niki, with the organization’s annual Humanitarian of the Year Award.

Carrie joined the agency in September of 2012 to provide innovative solutions to amplify client marketing campaigns in captivated live environments. As Senior Vice President, Carrie leads all client strategy, experiential and employee career development.

She has over 15 years of sports marketing and client service experience at agencies such as Campbell-Ewald and Momentum Worldwide and on the property side with Chicago Fire Soccer Club.

Carrie was named to the 2021 Sports Business Journal Class of Forty Under 40 as well as Cynopsis Media’s Top Women in Sports and Sports Business Journal’s Game Changers (Classes of 2019). Past experience also includes expert knowledge of the NASCAR & NHRA space along with previous work on Chevrolet, Best Buy and US Army.

Scott joined the agency in October 2016 and leads all analytics and cross-channel valuation for HS&E’s Property Consulting and Analytics Group.

Previously, Scott worked as a public accountant for BDO USA, LLP performing a variety of financial services. Scott and his team have generated $300M+ in revenue through custom measurement, insights and strategic analysis across clients such as the Carolina Panthers, Monumental Sports and Entertainment, Delaware North, ESPN, Major League Baseball, Oak View Group, and Topgolf to name a few.

Most notably at HS&E, his work with Monumental Sports and Entertainment led to the naming rights announcement of Capital One Arena. Scott has been recognized as a 2020 Cynopsis Media Rising Star. He is originally from Framingham, MA and graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with degrees in Accounting and Sport Management, where he was a club water polo player and helped establish the McCormack Sport Leaders Forum.

Cathryn joined the agency in April of 2017 and is responsible for the growth and performance of experiential marketing campaigns on behalf of brand clients.

A skilled sports and entertainment marketing professional specializing in event execution, Cathryn has successfully brought to life impactful brand messaging through strategic corporate hospitality programs and consumer activations across sports, music, culinary and film. Cathryn brings ten years of experience partnering with marquee sports and entertainment properties to creatively leverage assets to craft unforgettable experiences and drive business impact.

Neal Gluckman serves as Senior Vice President, Head of Sales for Horizon Sports & Experiences (HS&E). In this role, Gluckman leads HS&E’s go-to-market ad sales strategy, client relationships, sponsorship activations, and business development efforts around the agency’s key partnerships and events including ONE Championship, New York Comedy Festival, Legacy Classic, Never Forget Tribute Classic, The Pickelball Slam, F1 Experience, among others.  Based in New York, he reports to David Levy, Co-CEO and Founder, HS&E.

A well-regarded sports media and advertising sales veteran, Gluckman joined HS&E in February, 2023.  He was instrumental in securing key sponsors and advertisers for HS&E’s inaugural Pickleball Slam,

a first-of-its-kind tournament televised on ESPN, featuring tennis legends John McEnroe, Andre Agassi, Andy Roddick, and Michael Chang.

Prior to joining HS&E, Gluckman spent more than 20 years at Turner Sports (now Warner Brothers Discovery Sports) helping to drive revenue for the company’s leading portfolio of sports programming, content, networks, and digital platforms. He held a multitude of ascending positions and leadership roles within the Ad Sales Division.  In his most recent role, Gluckman led sales strategy and operations as National Sales Director for the company’s NCAA Digital Properties, which included NCAA.com and March Madness Live.

During his more than two-decade career at Turner, Gluckman developed strong relationships across the media landscape and delivered impactful cross-platform activations on-behalf of the company’s premium sports properties including the NBA, MLB, NCAA, NHL, PGA of America, and NASCAR.

Gluckman is a graduate of Towson University.  Currently, he lives in New Providence, New Jersey with his wife Sara and three children Rebecca, Lucas, and Matthew

Dennis Blake joined HS&E in June of 2023 and currently serves as EVP of Business Development.  Prior to joining HS&E he served as Co-Founder & CEO of Blake Sports Group and was an instrumental leader in the marketing and public relations departments for the Callaway, Top-Flite and Ben Hogan Golf Companies.

In 2009 Dennis was chosen to speak at the prestigious Babson Business School Entrepreneurial Forum and was featured in the best- selling book “50 Places to Golf before You Die.”

​Dennis serves on the board of the New Jersey Coalition of Inclusive Education (NJCIE) and is a Co-Founder of the Gail Blake Foundation. Dennis is a 1998 graduate of the University of Maryland where he was a 4-year member of the Golf Team.

Darren joined HS&E in June of 2023 and currently serves as EVP of Talent & Business Development.  Before joining HS&E Darren developed a diverse background in all areas of the sports business world having served as Vice President of Operations for both the NY Rangers and NY Knicks before starting his career as a sports agent by joining WDG Enterprises as Wayne Gretzky’s agent in 2005.

In his role with WDG Enterprises, Blake has fostered relationships with some of the biggest names in business, sports, and entertainment, closing millions of dollars in business for the firm. Blake has brought many of those relationships to the HS&E Team as he focuses on player representation and corporate consulting.

​Darren is a 1995 graduate of the University of Vermont, where he earned a BA Degree in Business and served as captain of the baseball team.

Kerry joined HS&E in 2024 to operationalize the agency’s proprietary Strategy and Analytics function. As the former Chief Operating Officer of fan data company Sports Innovation Lab, she brings expertise in consumer intelligence and market research to power more innovative commercial growth strategies for clients across the sports industry.

Prior to her tenure at Sports Innovation Lab, Kerry was the VP Strategic Partnerships for leading sports performance company, Exos, where she brought to life key brand relationships for clients like Google and adidas. Early in her career Kerry also worked on the team side of sports, overseeing team operations for the UCLA Women’s Soccer program and some of the U.S. Soccer Federation’s youth national teams.

Kerry achieved Cum Laude honors at UCLA, earning a BA in Communication Studies and a certification in Sports Business & Sports Management from the UCLA Anderson School of Management
