The Slam started in 2023 at the Hard Rock Live in the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida. A sold-out crowd watched Andre Agassi & Andy Roddick take on John McEnroe & Michael Chang, with the broadcast outperforming the MLB, NBA, and NHL games that aired that day.

In 2024, the Slam returned to Florida for the Pickleball Slam 2: Even More Legendary. A packed house at Hard Rock Live watched Agassi and McEnroe return, joined by two of the biggest names in women's tennis: Maria Sharapova and Steffi Graf. Agassi & Graf got the best of McEnroe & Sharapova in the final match.

In 2025, the Slam returned with the Pickleball Slam 3: The Duel in the Desert, taking place at the Michelob Ultra Arena in the sports and entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas.
